Our Membership Services

  • Any fitness level is welcome to any class – you do NOT have to be in shape or experienced to join! There is a more beginner/aging athlete/post-partum tailored class on MWF only at 12pm.
  • Membership includes unlimited class attendance – 24 class time options/week: M-F 5am,
    8:30am, 12pm (MWF), 4:30pm, 5:30pm. Saturdays at 9am
  • All classes are trainer led to teach, guide and modify movements
  • Programming is varied and different daily – 2-3 cardio HIIT focused days, 2-3 bodyweight/gymnastic focused days, and 1-2 barbell lifting days
  • Nutritional guidance
  • Gym progress-tracking app for workouts and financials
  • Accepting card, cash or check payments
  • Month-to-month memberships, no long term contracts
  • No direct child care, but there is a zone for kids – any age is free
